Enquiry process

Email [email protected] with shell plans, approximate floor area, and lease timeline. We respond within three business days with a fit assessment and suggested next call slots.

Telephone enquiries are welcome but written follow-up helps us track project parameters accurately across the team.

Visiting hours

Material library tours occur by appointment Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 to 17:00. Walk-in visits cannot be accommodated because the studio doubles as active drafting space with client-confidential boards visible.

Metro line 2 stops at Joliette; allow eight minutes on foot along Rue de la République.

What to prepare

Landlord drawings, photos of existing conditions, and any brand guidelines accelerate our first conversation. If the shell is not yet built, provisional dimensions from leasing agents suffice for initial quoting.

We do not require business plans or financial statements at enquiry stage, only design fee budget range.

Language

Meetings are conducted in English or French according to client preference. Documentation defaults to English for international investor groups; French-language deliverables incur €420 translation formatting fee.

Contractual terms follow French commercial law regardless of meeting language.
