Categories collected

Business contact details, project addresses, correspondence content, survey photographs, and contractual billing information constitute the primary categories we hold. We do not process payment card data directly on this website.

Job applicants submitting portfolios provide additional data governed by separate recruitment notices when hiring opens.

Purposes and bases

Data supports contract preparation and performance, legitimate interests in portfolio development with consent, and legal obligations including tax archiving. Marketing emails are not sent without explicit opt-in.

Concept documentation may include incidental personal images in site photos; faces are obscured before any marketing reuse unless subjects consent in writing.

Recipients and transfers

Subprocessors include cloud storage within the EU, accounting software hosted in France, and freelance illustrators bound by confidentiality agreements. No routine transfers occur outside the EEA.

Law enforcement disclosure happens only under valid legal process reviewed by counsel.

Retention and rights

Active project files remain ten years post-completion. Unconverted enquiries delete after twenty-four months. You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing, and lodge complaints with CNIL.

Identity verification via business registration or ID copy may be required before disclosure to prevent unauthorised access.
